We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Certain items, such as personalized products or clearance sale items, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us before sending it back.

You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
